The 2009 US half marathon national championships took place over the weekend and from the results it looks like it was a fast race. Local honch runner Max King came in 10th overall with a time of 1:03:49. For those of you who are math challenged like me that's 4:53 pace...wow! Nice job Max! Way to go Max. Excellent job, I figure we keep up the long crazy workouts on Tuesday, I'll be running that fast in no time...
