Finally, a warm Tuesday evening and the TPG took full advantage. We we're just shy of 40 out there to run ladders at the Cascade Middle school track. 
Some new faces and lots of folks putting in great efforts and getting a little faster. I can't count how many said they would never have motivated to do this 
workout on their
