We had a great clinic at our employee meeting last month from Deb Bowen at Rebound Pilates. She's had a lot of issues with her feet and has great exercises to help strengthen the feet, reduce injury, and improve balance. We understand that most aren't thinking about stronger feet for your running, but you probably should be. If your feet are functioning and firing your going to be a more efficient runner.
